Office Administration/accounting Technician

**Functions and Duties**:
- Data entry
- completion of all areas of bookkeeping services for monthly, quarterly or annual reporting for clients
- Preparation and filing of GST returns and other various government forms as required
- Completion of payroll services for clients including T4's
- Process and prepare documents for completion of files for both corporate and personal tax clients
- Schedule client meetings
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
**Qualifications**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Efficient in good time management
- Excellent computer skills with experience in Sage/Quickbooks accounting software is essential
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
- Confidentiality and discretion
- Able to work in a team and independently
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of experience in Office administration
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
