**Who you'll be working with**:

- Hi there My name is Jade, and I am the Talent Acquisition Manager here at Mejuri. I am responsible for leading the Retail Talent Acquisition team that services our Retail, Fulfillment Centre, and Customer Experience groups. This role in particular is incredibly close to me as I initially began my career in the Retail space and joined Mejuri in 2021 as the first Retail Talent Acquisition Specialist

**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Support special staffing projects and peak season hiring as needed (sale events, new store openings, etc)
- Organize and attend job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities
- Maintain and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across all global markets
- Good understanding of sourcing and selection techniques in various markets
- The ability to design and implement recruitment strategies
- The ability to thrive when completing both autonomous and team-based tasks and projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of employment law and legislation across several global markets
- Working knowledge of both LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking System(s)
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion
