**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
- Educate clients about the company's products, services and offers
- Schedule appointments, take orders, monitor progress, calculate charges and process payments
- Review customer accounts and keep up to date records
- Manage complaints, returns and resolve customer grievances
- Record customer details and transactions
- Serve as a customer relationship manager
- Serve as a link between customers and different departments in the organization
- Open work orders as directed by the Service Manager and maintain control until closed and invoiced
- Handle repair orders charges, warranty validation and claims coverages including computation of charges, submission and follow-up
- Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
- Handles service department filing and records
- Completes other duties as assigned
- Responsible for processing and managing warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with manufacturer policies

**Qualifications and Job Requirements**
- Must have outgoing, friendly personality and superior communication and customer service skills
- Experience working in a service department
- Ability to write and work on routine reports and correspondence
- Experience with common dealership or point of sale computer systems
- Good computer skills
- General understanding of mechanical/technical terms
- Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and record keeping.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
