**About Us**:
Factory Outlet Trailers is a leader in trailer sales and service, providing top-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused **Junior Parts Advisor** to join our dynamic team.

**Position Summary**:
As a Junior Parts Advisor, you will assist customers in identifying and purchasing trailer parts and accessories. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for trailers or mechanical parts, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate parts recommendations and ensure proper order fulfillment
- Use a CRM and parts inventory system to manage stock and customer records
- Receive, organize, and maintain parts inventory
- Support the service team with parts requests and coordination
- Process returns and warranty claims as required
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department
- Perform other duties as assigned in a fast-paced work environment

**Qualifications**:

- Experience or knowledge in trailers or mechanical parts is an asset
- Prior experience using CRM and inventory management systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
