Job Description: Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Attendance is required Monday-Friday 9:00 am-2:00 pm
**Duties**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Provide clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Scan, attach and distribute mail, courier, and electronic documents delivered to the Brokerage daily
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Basic bookkeeping and transactional data entry
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Proficiency in using Microssoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Experience in a medical office or dental receptionist role is a plus
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $15.50-$19.00 per hour
