We are a family friendly clinic that work in a very positive and team oriented environment.

We're seeking a positive, outgoing, motivated, task oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to join our team.

Dental experience/background is preferred, but we are willing to train new grads from dental/medical administrative programs.
- 1 -2 years of experience as dental receptionist in Canada preferred
- Familiarity with Dental Administration software's
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage tasks efficiently
- Passionate towards the field of dentistry and providing patient care

Job Duties:
Greeting visitors

Scheduling

Sorting and sending mail

Answering and routing phone calls

Submitting insurance claims and calling insurance companies for information/predeterminations

Processing payments

Billing(A/R and A/P)

Other duties that pertain to administration

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years’ current experience as a dental admin in a digital practice preferred
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Experience working in a busy, task oriented, and mainly paperless practice
- Proficiency with computers and typing skills of at least 50wpm

Hours:

- Full-time Hours -Monday, Thursday (11am to 8pm) - Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday (8:00am to 5:00pm)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
