**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus.
- Manage the seating chart to ensure efficient table turnover and guest satisfaction.
- Communicate wait times accurately to guests and maintain a positive attitude during busy periods.
- Assist with reservations and handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness in the host area and assist in keeping the restaurant tidy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and effectively.
- Uphold restaurant standards of hospitality, ensuring every guest feels valued.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality and helping others.
- Basic phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries professionally.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
