**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate 5.5 truck
- Transport materials and equipment to various job sites
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with loading and unloading materials
- Inspect vehicle before and after use to ensure it is in safe operating condition
- Keep vehicle in tidy condition
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance such as checking oil, tires and other vehicle systems
- Follow and comply with safety standards, traffic rules and company policies
- Maintain accurate logs using the software provided by the company
- Coordinate with project manager, foreman and construction crew

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 BC driver's license.
- _**Ability to work as a construction team member when needed and when not driving the company vehicle**_
- Clean criminal record
- Clean driving record with no major issues
- Experience as a truck driver (preferred)
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Physically fit, able to lift 40 lb.
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to work longer hours when needed
- Intermediate English

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Previous experience in construction industry

Pay : $28/h
