A rapidly growing niche market construction company looking for an experienced construction laborer.

Construction experience required. Experience in drywall, flooring, ceiling tiles, and ceramics is a definite asset.

A clean driver's abstract and a reliable vehicle are required. This is non-negotiable as our location is not on a bus route and you will be required to travel to and from various sites around the Lower Mainland throughout the day.

You **MUST** be a resident of the Lower Mainland/Fraser Valley and be able and willing to start as soon as possible. Resumes from out of province/country will not be considered.

Employment is conditional on ability to pass criminal record check due to the locations worked in.

MUST be vaccinated as we work in various hospitals.

We offer competitive wages but wages will also be based on experience and skill set

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
