The Supervisor role is critical to achieving our goals. The following is the job description:
WATER DAMAGE RESPONSIBILITIES AS FOLLOWS:
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Provide assessments to support Project Managers through site visits with diagnostic tools. Proper documentation is required with photos and cause of loss reporting
- Provide scopes of work documentation for proper execution of mitigation services
- Lead on-site mitigation and teach water technicians (hands on tools)
- Dispatch sub-trades and provide scope of work for subs in encircle
- Set up drying equipment, log it into tracker and on site equipment page
- Take moisture readings, sketch with laser and document all paperwork

OPERATION SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Ensure equipment is logged and tracked properly and is updated in real-time
- Trucks require circle checks each departure and your role is to review each
- Work with Controller on supply orders, ensuring supplies are stocked
- Ensure vehicles used are clean when finished each day

Qualifications and Skills
- 2 to 5 years of water damage mitigation and supervisory or lead hand experience
- A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and take pride in your work.
- High school diploma/ GED
- Some construction industry experience preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
