Job description:Quality Assurance Supervisor – Food & Beverage ProcessingCompany: Yoho Fine Water Inc.Location: Barrie, ON L4N 9E8About Us:Yoho Fine Water Inc. is a proudly Canadian producer of Natural Alkaline spring bottled water. We operate a modern production facility in Barrie, Ontario, supplying both our house brand and private label and co packing. We’re committed to excellence in product quality, food safety, and operational integrity — and we’re looking for a hands‑on Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:Manage Laboratory and conduct microbial and chemical analysis data entry for analytical and quality checks.Prepare chemical solutions for sanitization purposes on the floor and lab.Conduct water quality testing and inspections.Identify and resolve quality‑related issues and recommend preventive actions.Prepare and maintain food safety and quality reports for internal and regulatory use.Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s Quality Management Program.Manage and maintain the HACCP Program, including annual employee training and reassessment.Update and verify all food safety‑related SOPs, GMPs and train employees.Collaborate with Operations, Production, and Maintenance to promote a strong food safety culture.Supervise and coordinate inspection, testing, and grading of beverage products prior to shipment.Oversee incoming raw materials inspection and coordinate with suppliers on quality or compliance issues.Qualifications:Completion of secondary school (post‑secondary education in Food Science or Quality Assurance preferred)Minimum 3 years of experience in the food or beverage processing industryHACCP certification required or willingness to obtainCBWA CPO (Certified Plant Operations) certificate considered an assetKnowledge of CFIA, FDA, and GFSI/HACCP requirementsStrong leadership, communication, and documentation skillsTerms of Employment:Full‑time, permanent (40 hours/week; Monday‑Thursday)Annual salary:$65,000Benefits: Life, health, dental, accidental death, and dismemberment coverageCheck us out:Website: Yoho Fine Water – Official WebsiteInstagram: InstagramResumes can be sent to ahickson@yohofinewater.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
