Job Title: Sale and Marketing Manager

Reports To: The position will report to Management

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Create and carry out strategic marketing and sales programs to meet business goals.
- Find new business prospects and create plans to increase market penetration and attract new clients.
- Oversee and direct merchandisers, providing guidance, and support to guarantee optimal productivity and performance.
- Build and establish strong relationship with clients, customers, and stakeholders to promote company growth and client satisfaction.
- Monitor sales and marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales and marketing management
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Location: Edmonton, Alberta

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Work Location: In person
