**DESCRIPTION**:
Responsible for managing and executing all communication and branding initiatives of the company.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Plan schedules such as posts, stories, and other branded content with the team.
- Design and work on end-to-end social media activities.
- Create content for our social media platforms, mainly Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Stay current with Instagram/ TikTok/ Facebook/LinkedIn/Twitter, display, mobile, content syndication, and overall digital communication best practices.
- Engage with users on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Manage and assist in campaign coordination and budget tracking.
- Measure and generate reports on the results of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Support operational and administrative tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience in graphic and video design.
- Social media savvy — MUST love social media and have fun with it
- Experience in managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- A post-secondary degree/diploma, preferably in Communications, Design, PR, or a related field.

**SOFT SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**:

- Creative and strategic thinking.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision, demonstrate initiative, and effectively manage priorities.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Able to adapt quickly.
- Passion for creative projects and genuine interest in digital communication.
- Advanced planning and organizational skills (project/program and change management).
- Deadline driven with an intimate understanding of responsibilities, timelines, and requirements.
- Experience with digital communication technologies (websites, social media) an asset.
- Strong research, editing, and proof-reading skills.
