**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform caulking and sealing to ensure weatherproofing and insulation of buildings.
- Install cabinets and fixtures with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for various construction tasks.
- Plumb and restore plumbing systems as needed, ensuring functionality and compliance with regulations.
- Execute carpentry tasks including framing, roofing, and finishing work.
- Build structures according to specifications, ensuring durability and aesthetics.
- Conduct construction painting to enhance the appearance of buildings.
- Assist in construction estimating by providing insights on material needs and project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tradesman or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in caulking, cabinet installation, heavy equipment operation, plumbing, restoration, carpentry, tile laying, construction painting, and estimating.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations related to construction work.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks effectively.
