Ontario Motor Sales is a Chevrolet Cadillac dealership proudly servicing the Durham Region for over 100 years As a well-established GM dealer, we see a high volume of new care sales. We have an immediate opening for a **Vehicle Administrator**

As the dealership’s Vehicle Administrator, you will be an integral part of the Sales Team. You will work closely with the Sales Department.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Stock in vehicles and updates new vehicle inventory
- Assist with the marketing and merchandising of inventory
- Back up switchboard as necessary (multi-line telephone system, transferring calls to appropriate sales representatives or departments)
- Welcome on-site customers, determine the nature of business and announce visitors to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties.
- Acquire basic knowledge about the dealership, to be able to respond to inquiries for general information.
- Maintain your working area in a tidy and presentable manner.
- Assist in the coordination of dealer trades when necessary.
- License new and used vehicles when necessary.
- Additional duties as may be required.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Dealership experience is preferred but not required
- Customer service experience required.
- Strong organizing and multi-tasking skills.
- Previous experience with PBS, DeskIt or Evolve would be considered a asset.
- Team oriented with a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering amazing customer experiences
