**Customer Service Representative**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer inquiries on various online platforms (Yahoo, chat, phone)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop a deep understanding of Sumeru INC products and services to deliver outstanding customer support to our customers
- Take the extra mile to engage customers to earn their trust and identify potential problems before they occur
- Ability to build relationships of trust with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Generate sales quotes for customers based on customer feedback
- Create detailed notes about customer interactions within Sumeru INC’s customer service platform - Customer Care
- Other duties as assigned by Management

**Education & Experience**:

- High School Diploma or GED required (preferred) or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Ability to work independently or in team settings as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
