Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Moncton, NB, with some opportunities to work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and providing support for product or service-related issues.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Experience and resolving inquiries effectively
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work effectively in a hybrid environment
  • Experience with CRM tools and prior experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in relevant fields are an advantage
