**Competencies: Workday HCM Technical, Workday Benefits Administration & Cloud Connect for Benefits** **Experience (Years): 8-10** **Essential Skills**: - 8+ years of Workday HCM experience - Strong hands-on experience with Core HCM, Business Process Configuration, Security, Reporting (Advanced & Calculated Fields) - Experience working in on-premise or hybrid environments - Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment **Desirable Skills**: - Very good articulation skills and lead to drive focused meetings withvarious stakeholders (business & IT) - Ability to think analytically and should have excellent problem solving skills. - Excellent time management skills - Ability to work independently and good project management skills **Role Description**: - Lead and support Workday HCM implementations and enhancements - Analyze business requirements and translate them into Workday HCM configurations - Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support core HCM operations, data integrity, and reporting - Manage change requests, troubleshoot issues, and support integrations with third-party systems - Ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards - Conduct testing, training, and documentation as needed - Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors. - Handle data conversion from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring accuracy and compliance **Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Monday to Friday Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON L4W 5K4
