**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

- Participate and Support all Annual HCM processes such a Merit, Open Enrollment, and all Net New projects
- Prepare for and support Workday Release Management while managing delivery expectations
- Prioritize enhancements into technical solutions and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
- Partner with Functional SMEs and HRIS to reflect on business needs and discovering potential solutions to drive results
- Perform troubleshooting of complex issues related to the system functionality and data integrity
- Develop and Maintain Custom and Ad Hoc Reporting
- Proactively consult with functional area leads on the development and administration of improvements for reporting and analytics processes
- Responsible for the Security and Governance of the Workday System

Knowledge, Education and Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years of practical experience of Workday System Administration in multiple Workday modules
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills: oral, written, presentation
- Self-starter and ability to work independently
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Impeccable attention to detail to help maintain Workday's architecture, processes, security and data integrity
