RoleResource will deliver strategic technical leadership and integration services to support Client’s Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud initiatives. Services shall include:
**Technical Architecture and Solution Design**
Provide technical leadership across Oracle HCM and ERP Cloud programs, guiding development and analysis teams in designing scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions using Oracle Fusion, PaaS (OIC, VBCS), IaaS (OCI, ATP), and other Oracle Cloud services.
Serve as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders, business systems analysts (BSAs), and development teams to translate functional requirements into detailed technical designs, integration patterns, and implementation strategies.
**Code Review and Development Oversight**
Review and validate technical designs and code to ensure adherence to architectural standards, coding best practices, performance optimization, and reusability.
Mentor developers in custom solution development using Oracle tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, Personalizations, and Web Services/APIs, promoting high-quality, testable, and maintainable code.
**Integration Architecture and Data Flow Management**
Oversee end-to-end integration architecture between Oracle HCM/ERP Cloud and external systems (e.g., Timekeeping, Benefits, Active Directory), utilizing OIC, SOA, ODI, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Ensure integration designs support data integrity, security, and operational efficiency across all environments.
**Change Impact and Readiness Assessments**
Coordinate and lead technical impact assessments for system patches, quarterly updates, and new module rollouts.
Provide mitigation plans and readiness evaluations to ensure seamless adoption of changes with mínimal disruption.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration and Delivery Alignment**
Lead design workshops and technical walkthroughs with BSA, QA, Security, and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.
Support Agile delivery cycles, contributing to sprint planning, story grooming, code reviews, backlog prioritization, testing strategies, and release coordination.
**Production Support and Stability Assurance**
Manage escalated production issues and performance concerns, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive technical controls to ensure long-term system stability.
**Documentation and Governance**
Own and maintain the technical documentation repository, including system architecture diagrams, integration specifications, data flow models, version control plans, and configuration standards.
Champion data governance, security, and compliance requirements throughout all development and integration work.
**Innovation and Capability Development**
Drive continuous improvement initiatives by proposing automation opportunities, technical debt reduction strategies, and proof-of-concept efforts for emerging tools or Oracle Cloud services.
Coach and uplift team capabilities through knowledge-sharing sessions, onboarding support, code walkthroughs, and skills development planning for junior developers and BSA partners

**What will you do**

**Application Support & Monitoring**
- Daily Batch process monitoring (including week-end and holidays) - inbound and outbound integrations for failure, warning, and integration files not processed as expected
- Continuous monitoring of ESS & BIP reports scheduled and running to proactively identify long running, and stuck jobs
- Performance monitoring and tuning of jobs within batch processing, and reports
- Month End Support - Mock Month-end allocation run for PCM & EDM,
- Month end and Year end close support
- Log tickets with software vendors for product defects
- Work with Cloud ops and desktop team for software and hardware issues
- Enterprise access review and Disaster recovery submissions, and perform SOX controls and coordinate audit queries
- Develop workaround and execute data patches for error reprocessing
- Ability to scale up temporary workarounds to mitigate P1/2/3 issues

Vendor patch releases, and other product upgrades
- Assess, Plan, IT test, Communicate to business, and Validate vendor patch releases (ERP & EPM - Quarterly cycle)
- Oracle ADFDI & Smartview support and upgrades - Plan, validate and deploy
- NPE support for regression defects for Oracle patching and upgrades

**Minor Change Requests**
- Minor code fixes which require less than 5 mandays effort for analysis, Development & Unit testing
- Project team support
