The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert by collaborating closely with HR and cross-functional teams along with providing customer support through tier 2 query resolution. Candidate will also contribute to building and enhancing employee, manager, and HR hubs and dashboards to provide enhanced user experience. Additional Information The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within "Mississauga" is "C$110K/ Year to C$120K/ year & benefits (see below)." The Role Responsibilities Be a subject matter expert on Recruiting helping to configure and streamline processes. Facilitate Design Sessions, capture requirements, configure creative solutions. Responsible for documentation, configuration, testing support, go-live support, and post-production (hypercare) support. Participate in an innovative, team-centered culture for the HCM team to enable constant innovation. Demonstrate consultative skills by collaborating with a global team. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables and documentation. Work closely with colleagues in the HRIS team to support testing internal changes and Workday releases. Provide the highest level of customer support via internal ticketing system and all other standard forms of communication and interaction. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a functional consultant or relevant experience in Workday implementations for Workday Recruiting modules. Prior experience as a Workday technical consultant or subject matter expert in Workday HCM business processes, regulations, and reporting requirements. Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and/or project methodology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is crucial as the specialist or consultant will need to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, from project team members to senior management, to ensure the project's success. Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint Preferred, but not required Workday certification in Recruiting preferred.
