Daeco HR is currently looking for HR professionals with 5+ years of experience who are organized, resourceful, bold, fast-paced and forward-thinking HR leaders to join our team and help our clients:

- Implement HR systems and processes.
- Create policy and procedure manuals.
- Provide in-office support for our clients on employee relations concerns and day-to-day HR needs.
- Develop training programs.
- Provide coaching to leaders.
- Analyze jobs and help define organizational structures.
- Design performance management systems and succession plans.
- Create solid recruitment processes and hire managers.

**About consulting.**

The consulting lifestyle gives you flexibility and time to have a balanced life. It is not always consistent work. This position is not for someone who is looking for a stable and consistent 40-hour workweek. We require daytime availability because that’s when your clients will want to meet or talk with you.
