Duties to include:

- Regular communication with Principal, school staff any any related parties.
- Oversee the formulation of study plans for each student according to their current grade level and university program choices.
- Coordinate with the admission department in welcoming the partnering agents and prospective parents and students.
- hiring teachers and class scheduling
- Assist international high school students in academic and residence matters.
- Provide general administrative support to the Student Services Manager and Principal.
- Any other duties assigned by the Student Services Manager or Principal.

**Requirements**:

- Strong Management experience
- leadership skills
- 2+ years’ experience in a school leadership role
- Experience or knowledge in guidance/admissions is an asset
- Commitment to creating a productive educational experience
- Open-minded, willing to embrace challenges, a good conflicts conciliator
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively and independently
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills and organizational skills
- self motivation and organized

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- vice principal: 2 years (preferred)
