What You'll Do Lead and support academic operations alongside the Principal Oversee OSR, OEN, credit tracking, graduation eligibility, and Ministry inspections Ensure instructional quality and alignment with the Ontario Curriculum Collaborate with students, teachers, and parents on academic pathways Shape programs and strategies that drive student success What We're Looking For Bachelor's in Education (M.Ed. preferred ) In-depth knowledge of the Ontario K–12 education system Experience with online education and data systems (e.g., ONSIS) Proven leadership skills and ability to manage diverse, international teams Passion for innovation, hybrid learning, and student success Why Join OIHS Innovative Vision – Be part of a school redefining online & hybrid education.
