**Position Title**: Junior Project Manager, Talent Acquisition
**Status**: FT Admin Contract (12 months)
**Hours**:37.5 hours per week
**Faculty/Department**: People(s) and Culture

**About the Project Manager, Talent Acquisition Role**:
The Junior Project Manager, Talent Acquisition is accountable for the successful and timely initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of projects related to Talent Acquisition. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the successful incumbent will play an integral role in leading all aspects of transformational projects within the Talent Acquisition portfolio, positively impacting the broader People(s) and Culture team.
This role will also include:
- Project delivery through the planning, scheduling, assigning and overseeing the work of project participants and assigned project leads.
- Managing, assessing, and documenting project scope and program, describing the objectives, resource requirements, risks and benefits of the project, timelines and tracks and communicates ongoing performance.
- Preparing detailed reports on project progress, identifying problems, solutions, milestones, financial cost projections and analyses.
- Developing scope, budget, and schedule for assigned projects.
- Overseeing assigned projects to ensure outputs are consistent with planned objectives, relevant regulations and the College standards.

**Education**
- You have an earned Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- (Equivalency: College Diploma + 4 years relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree + HR Post-Graduate).
- You have an earned Project Management Professional (PMP) designation (or are in progress).
**Experience/Skills**:
- You have 1-3 years’ experience in contract administration activities, talent acquisition, or recruitment and selection.
- Specific experience with Oracle HCM modules (Taleo and/or Oracle Recruiting Cloud) would be considered an asset.
- You are dynamic and forward thinking with demonstrated working knowledge of employment legislation, collective agreements, and key HR functions.
- You are not afraid to ask questions that challenge the status quo, contributing to continuous and sustainable improvements within the team or broader People(s) and Culture department.
- Communication is your go to - you keep your peers in the know, effectively sharing information whether in writing or verbally.
- You like to find solutions to problems even when managing competing priorities.
- Your ability to deal with ambiguity is high and you adapt to change well.
- You are efficient and detail oriented with a high degree of discipline when working with a sense of urgency.
- You have a philosophy of service excellence with demonstrated client service skills, empathy, confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
