**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications.
- Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes in scope.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment required for projects.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in electrical project management.

**Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role in the construction or engineering industry on large residential and commercial projects such as high rise/condominiums
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in electrical work is essential.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus but not required.

Pay: $61,289.24-$116,680.38 per year
