**Junior Environmental Services Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor Federal and Provincial regulatory environments for the creation of and/or changes to energy/utility usage reporting.
- Where appropriate, work with Manager to assess opportunities to challenge Federal and Provincial regulatory requirements.
- Comply with Federal and Provincial energy/utility usage reporting requirements by collecting utility bills and entering data into various municipal portals across Canada.
- Analyze utility usage and challenge billings where necessary.
- Identify and quantify energy conservation measures for reporting purposes.
- Build and maintain relationships with utility companies or departments across Canada.
- During peak periods, work with Manager - Environmental Due Diligence to complete work required for acquisitions and construction projects across Canada.
- Become an expert in all environmental matters for the company.
- Maintain healthy relationships with clients.
- Complete other projects and tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Post-secondary degree in a relevant field, or have an equivalent combination of education and experience. Related fields include but are not limited to environmental science, engineering, construction, and energy management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organization including the ability to balance multiple ongoing projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently under general supervision.
- Willingness to travel within Canada.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Access to a vehicle for use in commuting to site visits if required.

**Work Location**:

- In-person/Hybrid in office 3 days per week
