En tant que Product Manager, tu seras responsable d’un produit d’envergure décliné sur plusieurs plateformes. Ta mission est de guider l’équipe et le client afin de créer un produit performant. Tu sais gérer des priorités, comprends l’impact d’une fonctionnalité sur l’utilisation du produit et tu es prêt.e à t’immerger dans un domaine d'affaires passionnant. Tu crois fermement que les produits numériques sont plus qu’un regroupement de fonctionnalités, qu’ils répondent à un réel besoin et que la façon la plus agréable de les bâtir est en collaboration avec une équipe d’experts qui a participé à la création de plusieurs dizaines de produits.
**TES FUTURS ACCOMPLISSEMENTS**:
Assurer un service d’information régionale via l’écosystème de journaux numériques de CN2i/Omerlo;
- Bâtir la pharmacie de demain via l’écosystème de Familiprix.
**TON QUOTIDIEN**:
- Tu as l’ownership d’un produit grand public décliné sur plusieurs plateformes;
- Tu définis et gères le carnet de produit en collaboration avec le client et tu planifies les livrables qui y sont associés;
- Tu conseilles le client et proposes des solutions qui respectent ses contraintes;
- Tu es le gardien de l’expérience utilisateur des produits. Tu sais garder l’expérience simple;
- Tu collabores avec une équipe de développement, des designers et des stratèges;
- Tu participes au partage de connaissances et collabores avec les autres PO afin de créer des produits toujours meilleurs;
- Tu suis le cycle de vie et les KPIs des produits dont tu es responsable et tu proposes des optimisations au besoin.
**CE QU'IL TE FAUT**:
- Tu as au minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une équipe de création de produits numériques;
- Tu as de l’expérience concrète dans plusieurs des domaines suivants : la gestion de produit, les relations clients, la méthode Scrum et SAFE, la gestion de budget, l’analyse de données, les technos mobiles, le web, le design, l’expérience utilisateur, le marketing, l’entrepreneuriat;
- Tu es bilingue (français et anglais);
- Tu es visionnaire et tu sais transmettre la passion des clients à l’équipe;
- Tu es curieux.euse et tu as un grand intérêt pour les plateformes technologiques utilisées en web et/ou en mobile et tu comprends leurs particularités;
- Tu as des aptitudes relationnelles hors pair;
- Tu oses innover et surprendre.
Product Manager

YOUR FUTURE ACCOMPLISHMENTS
- Inform and entertain via the Bell Fibe TV apps and the TV5Unis apps.
- Fuel the passion of hockey fans via the Montréal Canadiens app.
- Rethink grocery shopping via the Sobeys/IGA apps.
- Provide 24/7 access to a doctor via the Olive telemedicine app.
- Plan and simplify snowmobile outings via BRP’s BRP GO app.
- Facilitate the search and discovery of wines and spirits via the SAQ app.
- Provide a regional news service via CN2i/Omerlo’s digital newspaper ecosystem.
- Build the pharmacy of tomorrow via the Familiprix ecosystem.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- You have ownership of a product declined on several platforms.
- Define and manage the product’s backlog in collaboration with clients, plan associated deliverables.
- Track the product’s lifecycle and KPIs, recommending optimizations when needed.
- Get budget approval whenever the project’s scope changes or evolves.
- Make product decisions which could impact the project’s scope and KPIs.
- Advise the client and recommend solutions that fit within their constraints.
- Safeguard the product’s user experience, keeping things simple.
- Collaborate with the development team and with designers.
- Use the product throughout its evolution, providing feedback to the team.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience in creating digital products.
- Concrete experience in several of the following areas: product management, customer relations, scrum methodology, budget management, data analysis, mobile technology, web, design, user experience, marketing, entrepreneurship.
- Being bilingual (French and English).
- Vision, ability to communicate the client’s passion to the team.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for the technological platforms used in web and mobile development, an understanding of their particularities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Audacity to innovate and delight.
