Product Marketing Manager

**Xebec Adsorptions Inc.** is seeking a highly motivated **Product Marketing Manager** to join the Brand team and lead the global marketing efforts for our Cleantech industry products. This role will be filled by a self-starter who can take a creative and fresh approach to product marketing to engage target audiences throughout the funnel.

**THE JOB**:
As Product Marketing Manager reporting to the Director, Corporate Branding & Communication, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation and distribution of promotional campaigns for key products. This individual will have a keen understanding of the product’s target audience, and in-depth knowledge of relevant product features.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Define messaging and positioning to inform internal communications teams, external agencies, and marketing partners, to deliver effective product marketing campaigns for existing customers, prospects, and partners' customers ;
- Create the narratives, storylines, and materials to help prospects understand the impact Xebec can have on their business; provide sales enablement tools and collateral to customer-facing teams ;
- Collaborate with external agencies, Sales team, Product Development and Brand team to create marketing content such as case studies, website copy, blog posts, product videos, webinars, brochure content, data sheets, social media and PR outreach to support awareness and lead generation efforts ;
- Create compelling marketing campaigns with external agencies, leveraging digital advertising and SEO strategy for heightened conversion ;
- Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support our products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes ;
- Maintain product copy both in print and online to maintain relevance ;
- Manage budget with Brand team.

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Post-secondary degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field is required ;
- 5+ years' experience in a product marketing role, with 2+ years in B2B marketing ;
- Exceptional experience in developing customer-facing marketing campaigns, messaging, and market positioning across multiple mediums ;
- Superior creative strategy and problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills ;
- Exemplary, and proven, project management experience with the ability to schedule and manage projects ;
- Exceptional marketing campaign skills ;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. French an asset, but not required ;
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, changing environment ;
- Ability to interact with executives and support senior management ;
- Ability to analyze relevant information and make informed decisions ;
- Technical writing an asset ;
- Previous experience in manufacturing or capital equipment marketing an asset ;
- Knowledge of CRM systems an asset.
