Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Manager:

Directly engage with customers to effectively promote the benefits and features of products and services in targeted markets and local eventsContinuously develop skills to effectively hire, train, motivate, and advise internal sales teams to ensure they are meeting revenue objectivesWork closely with management and client executives to understand Rodger's business objectives and develop effective sales and marketing strategies to meet their needsUtilize marketing and promotional materials to ensure the enrollment of quality customers and ensure repeat businessAchieve company objectives by analyzing campaign performance data, developing sales goals, and forecasting market trendsCollaborate with senior management to design and lead training sessions that enhance sales skills and product knowledge
