**Cambridge Mitsubishi** is looking for an experienced full time **Automotive Parts Clerk **to join our growing team You will play a crucial role in the purchase/sale of parts. Using your parts knowledge & customer service excellence, you will be accountable for profitability of the parts department as well as proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization & merchandising. **Responsibilities**:

- Receive and stock parts
- Return parts as required
- Order and process parts for both Wholesale, Internal and over the counter customers
- Set goals and objectives for the Parts Department.
- Coordinate with the Service Manager to ensure the availability of parts.
- Working with the accounting department to establish department credit limits for customers and ensure the limits are maintained and current.
- Reviews and assists in the collection of past-due accounts.
- Ensure accurate costing and crediting for all received and returned parts.
- Maintain parts inventory by coordinating with the manufacturer on required parts, creating effective procedures to monitor both
- Maintain inventory of failed parts for warranty claims audit purposes.
- Assist service manager as directed

Skills and Experience
- Retail and Wholesale experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 years of experience working as a parts advisor, shipping and receiving clerk
- Detail Oriented

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
