Our Purpose: "We champion and empower workers who make our world work better" We currently have a Part Time Replenishment Clerk position open at our 415 Thompson Dr. Cambridge location. How you will make a difference: - Process incoming orders accurately and promptly - Pick and pack items for shipment in an organized and efficient manner. - Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure timely delivery. - Address any issues related to inventory discrepancies or order fulfillment errors promptly. - Conduct regular checks to ensure the quality and accuracy of incoming and outgoing products - Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the appropriate department. - Be capable of lifting and moving packages of varying sizes and weights. - Manage workload effectively to ensure timey order fulfillment. - Thoroughly check product details, quantities, and shipping information to minimize errors. - Ensure accuracy in data entry and record keeping. Skills for Success: - Good decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills; strong sense of customer service. - Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take on new challenges. - Mature attitude and a strong work ethic are essential. - Excellent team player and able to work with people on all levels. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
