**You have**:

- A University degree in a relevant field such as sustainability, environmental studies, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Proficiency in French and English (reading, writing and speaking).
- Experience related to sustainability strategies, implementation, project management, data analytics, and communications.
- An in-depth understanding of performance metrics development and reporting.
- Strong technical competencies in quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.

**You are**:

- A skilled communicator with great interpersonal skills and the ability to write technical documents related to ESG.
- Competent in planning, organizing, coordinating, negotiating and problem-solving.
- Client-focused with the ability to work under pressure using your initiative and sound judgment.
- A team player within a multidisciplinary group of people from diverse cultures.
- A change agent, qualified to provide instructions, advice, guidance and lead the exchange of information.

**You are interested in**:

- Partnering with stakeholders to implement and operationalize the Centre’s ESG roadmap.
- Developing and maintaining appropriate metrics to monitor and report on the Centre’s ESG performance.
- Aligning, connecting and elevating ESG strategies across international business platforms and regions.
- Joining an organization that values and models diversity, inclusion, and equity.

**Additional Information**:

- Hybrid Mode: Have the flexibility to work in hybrid mode (Minimum 3 days out of 10 in the office).

This position requires occasional international travel.
