Distribution Manager

**Duties**:

- Oversee the entire distribution process, including receiving, storage, and shipment of products
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution operations and improve efficiency
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control systems to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
- Train and supervise distribution staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies
- Analyze data and generate reports on distribution performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a distribution manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of distribution operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Certification:

- Forklift Certification an asset

**Experience**:

- Must have previous experience in a similiar role
- Competitive salary based on level of experience

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
