**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain accurate workforce forecasts based on historical data, industry trends, and business needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the workforce.
- Communicate and collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained and to identify any issues or concerns.
- Create and manage employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze real-time data to identify and address any staffing gaps or issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular analysis of workforce metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations and implement strategies to optimize workforce productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure timely onboarding and training of new employees.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in workforce management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of workforce management software and tools
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on workforce management processes and procedures Develop and implement policies and procedures for workforce management and scheduling

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in workforce management, preferably 5 years of experience in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in workforce management software and tools.
- Strong knowledge of scheduling and workforce management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to workforce management.
