We are looking for a team player who is committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients and helping us build our reputation as the preferred business advisors in our market place. **As a Manager, Privately Held Business Group your responsibilities will include**: - Leading and executing client engagements under varying reporting frameworks across different industries and sectors - Contributing to new business development by understanding all Doane Grant Thornton services and by using your credibility in the field - Acting as a leader in the business unit, service line, and firm by actively contributing to the development and execution of the office business plan - Maximizing engagement profitability by effectively utilizing engagement resources - Analysis and review of corporate and personal income tax returns, NTRs and compilations - Planning and leading teams to ensure that client expectations are exceeded - Supervision and mentoring of an accounting team, including the review of files - Leading through the coaching and performance management process of the practice by providing ongoing feedback, conducting timely performance reviews, and delivering training to develop team members **Doane Grant Thornton** If you’re a bit like us, you’re driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking.
