**What You'll Do**:

- Knock on doors and connect with homeowners in your local area
- Book free heat pump cleanings or in-home assessments (no pressure sales)
- Educate residents on up to $30,000 in available energy rebates
- Log interactions and schedule follow-ups using our mobile CRM system
- Represent GreenPump professionally as a trusted face in the community

**How You’ll Be Paid**:

- $25 for every confirmed heat pump cleaning or heat pump assessment.

➤ _Base Pay of $250/week + Commission for assessments _
➤ _Base Pay of $325/week + Commission for 15+ assessments _
- $225 bonus for every heat pump installation that results from your appointment
- Weekly Paydays (every Friday)
- Most team members earn $700-$1,500+ per week, depending on effort and availability
- Uncapped earnings - the harder you work, the more you make

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Energetic, confident communicator
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Comfortable working outdoors and engaging with the public
- Tech-friendly (able to use apps and mobile CRM tools)
- Organized, reliable, and professional
- Sales, customer service, or canvassing experience is a plus, but **not required**
