**The key duties of the Finance Project Manager at Legend Fleet Solutions focus on leading and executing finance and IT projects in collaboration with the Finance Team under the strategic direction of the CFO.**

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for Finance and IT projects
- Create detailed project plans and oversee execution of finance and IT projects
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues for finance and IT projects
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and communication with the CFO, Controller, and Finance Teams
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment to get finance and IT projects done

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**
- Work closely with the Controller and all finance sub-teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Guide IT projects under the direction of the CFO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement finance and IT initiatives

The Finance Project Manager is not primarily focused on financial analysis and reporting, but rather on leading and executing strategic finance and IT projects in partnership with the broader finance organization.

Additional duties could include:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve finance and operational flow within Legend's ERP system.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to IT and the Finance team.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic plans.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Create detailed project plans and oversee execution.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and communication.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Minimum of two years of previous experience working with ERP systems and accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
