About the Role:
We are seeking an Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis. You will play a critical role in portfolio management, budgeting and forecasting, reporting to stakeholders, and driving operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the management of existing portfolio companies, including tracking financial and operational performance
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, summarizing company performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives
- Understand the businesses within our portfolio and identify key performance indicators that need to be monitored
- Track performance compared to budget expectations. Analyze and explain expense variances and financial trends to management
- Assist in strategic projects with portfolio company leadership (e.g., M&A evaluations, operational improvements, capital allocation decisions)
- Collaborate with internal team members and client stakeholders

Qualifications:

- CPA or CFA designation required
- Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting and/or financial analysis experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
