- **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:_
- Develop and communicate standard repair procedures
- Perform quality inspections during repairs
- Monitor performance with Technicians
- Facilitate shop equipment repairs
- Organize sublet repairs
- **WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TEAM**:_
- MPI & collision repair, and insurance knowledge a must (Manitoba based)
- Mitchell Ultramate experience
- High level of understanding OEM procedure
- Familiarity with MPI Partner websites and standards/rules
- Leadership Excellence
- Valid Driver’s License

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- auto body repair: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Red Seal license (preferred)
