We are looking for an experienced **Installation Coordinator** for our client located in **Bolton, ON**. They are into the business of Water softening equipment supplier.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and plan installations based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to installation teams or technicians.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, team leaders, and technicians to optimize project efficiency.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that installations meet company standards and project specifications.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks as necessary to uphold quality standards.
- Ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and resources required for installations.
- Identify and address any issues or obstacles that may arise during installations, working proactively to find solutions.
- Ensure that all safety protocols and guidelines are followed by installation teams to maintain a safe working environment.
- Review all new orders, check inventory for materials, arrange Contractor (ISP) for installation.
- Maintain all Contractors (ISP’s) schedules throughout the GTA.
- Coordinate entire process with customer including payment.
- Receive Service Requests and arrange repairs accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent English Skills, written and spoken.
- Car and License are needed to ensure required Attendance and Punctuality.
- Maintain Installation and Service Reports in Excel Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly.
- Requires Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills.

**Location**: Bolton

**Shift**: 8.00 am to 4.30 pm (Mon - Fri)

**Pay Rate**: $22/hr.

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bolton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
