We are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator - Moving to join our team and be a part of the growth and success of 4 Seasons.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Achieve sales targets set out by management

Ensure all invoices/payments are collected

Payroll/Timekeeping of drivers/swampers
- Complete job detail slips for the moving teams for the following day
- Making sure moving team hours are recorded daily
- Tracking and creating social media posts daily
- Operate and dispatch moving teams daily
- Meeting client for long distance service requests
- Following up with key customers to ensure high service quality
- Solve customer service-related issues and concerns
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Other duties as directed
- Experience in transportation, marketing and logistics
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office programs
- Previous experience using Quickbooks desirable
- Driver’s license and vehicle required
- Clean criminal record check
