Red-D-Arc Welderentals, an Airgas company is seeking an Branch Coordinator based out of our Fort McMurray office supporting our local Branch operations. The Operations Coordinator will collaborate on the daily operations of the Branch including Inventory Management, Rental Agreements and Invoicing, and Safety Compliance.

What will you be doing?
Under the direction of the Branch Manager, the Branch Coordinator is involved in all facets of a satellite operation. Major tasks groups include sales, administration, daily facility operations, workload management, shipping/receiving, repairs and maintenance of equipment.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

- Adaptable to set and prioritize work with varying exceptions.
- Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Strong organizational skills are essential.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education equivalent to one year of Business Management or equivalent.
- Three years related working experience.
- Sales or Operations experience in either an industrial equipment rental or a welding equipment sales or rental environment (ideally construction, fabrication, and/or manufacturing sectors).
- Must be performance driven and show a high level of accountability.
- Forward thinking, proactive, detailed and results oriented, positive attitude and self-motivated.
- Forklift training Certificate preferred.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.

Pay: $53,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
