**The Opportunity**
We are currently seeking coverage for a maternity leave at our Barrie, ON location. We are hiring an experienced, dynamic, organized, Administrative Coordinator/Diagnostic Technician. This position will be for 18 months or longer as needed. May lead to full-time permanent position.
**Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following**:
- Provides a clear channel of communication and coordination to all doctors, staff, patients, vendors & referring physicians
- Is warm, caring & provides excellent patient experiences at all times
- Maintains templating and scheduling in an organized fashion to allow for optimal flow in the clinic
- Ensures standard operating procedures in the clinic are adhered to at all times
- Upholds safe, orderly & tidy front desk, testing rooms & waiting room areas
- Performs all administrative duties relating to the management and efficiency of the front desk
- Keeps a strong pulse on everything going on in the office
- Performs diagnostic testing for patients as outlined by physicians
- Ensures testing is completed accurately with great attention to detail
