**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assemble and install mechanical components and systems according to specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve existing designs and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations.
- Assist in training new technicians on best practices and safety protocols.

**Skills**
- Proficient in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose mechanical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment used in mechanical work.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other departments.
- Previous experience in mechanical repair or maintenance is preferred but not required.
