**Primary Function**:
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the Administrative Assistant will support all office functions and manage administrative and clerical tasks.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Completes clerical and administrative tasks for the office (create, update records and databases, data entry, etc).
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain CVOR, Equipment, and permit record, renewing when necessary.
- Update and conduct reports with internal operational platforms.
- Organize insurance records and certificates.
- Liaison with the Insurance provider and ensure records are current and up to date.
- Support payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions when required.
- Take meeting minutes when required.
- Manage office supplies inventory.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in an administrative/ clerical role.
- Completion of a post secondary diploma or degree program, ideally in Business, Office Administration,
- Self starter and excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work with mínimal supervision.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office and Google
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and able to commute to work in a semi rural location.
- Punctuality and ability to attend work on a consistent basis is required.
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure.

Pay: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
