We are currently looking to fill a permanent full-time position for an ERP Systems Administrator for our IT department at our Leamington, ON location.

The ERP System Administrator will assist ERP Systems Coordinator and DevOps Manager with information gathering, reporting, and training.

**Job Specific Duties**
- Working with internal stakeholders, and third parties’ vendors to support our systems.
- Analyzing internal SOPs and workflows in support of our ERP systems and bring concerns to ERP Systems Coordinator.
- Maintaining and analyzing master data pulled from our system to ensure accurate reporting and to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements.
- Testing and supporting implementation of our systems and new software modules to ensure a smooth transition and launches.
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project records.
- Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures as required to inform and educate on new processes.
- Provide training to new users and existing users for any process changes/modifications.
- Assist in troubleshooting analytical reports that support Operations using PowerBi.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Educational background in Computer Science/Engineering or Information Technology required.
- Hands on experience with software implementation and/or strong proficiency in working with computers and software programs considered asset.
- Experience in data mining, building Excel models, Power BI reports, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases, and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
- Excellent communication skills, reading, writing, listening and oral communication.
- Very high degree of confidentiality and integrity required regarding all aspects of the business.
- Ability to identify issues and problem solve independently using appropriate resources internally and externally.
- Comfortable providing, developing, and presenting recommendations to management.
- Ability to maintain respectful relationships at all levels within and outside the organization.
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to handle customer service situations calmly and professionally.
- Valid driver’s license and use of personal vehicle are required as needed.
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and extended hours if needed.

**Working Conditions**
- Most of the day is spent in the office with some warehouse/greenhouse as needed.
- Works Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays, after hours and holidays as needed. Hours may fluctuate according to business needs.
