**A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE**:

- Manage ongoing compliance to all regulations, legislation, and standards to ensure that training modules are in document and complete
- Identify and mitigate risks, minimize incidents and impact, while ensuring employees have the capability to work safely and efficiently
- Develop & deploy training in support of employee safety education, legislative compliance, and organizational culture. Lock out and tag out trainings.
- Training Programs
- Evaluate training needs for each position.
- Design training programs and materials
- Assess training programs and performance
- Implement programs
- Ensure measurable outcomes
- Provide pathway for continuous improvement
- Planning and coordinating training activities
- Coaching and advising supervisors and managers
- Maintain all documentation of trainings.
- Stay in tune with industry trends and current learning technologies
- Other duties, as assigned

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS FOR SUCCESS**:

- High level of integrity, work ethic, accountability, and safety awareness
- Experienced in designing, developing, assessing, updating, and implementing training development programs
- Ability to work closely with Subject Matter Experts and key client stakeholders to create and maintain learning and development that supports business strategy including: the design, development and delivery of materials/curriculum, course outlines, facilitator and participant guides, exercise guides, job aids, show me videos, and site content
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with a willingness to work with people at all levels of the organization
- Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize amidst multiple and changing priorities
- Providing support on administration as needed.
- Well versed with Microsoft office suite.
