**Client Support Specialist Position**:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. In this role, you will be a vital part of ensuring smooth day-to day operations, supporting our customers, and providing excellent service. If you enjoy solving problems, helping customers, and working in a collaborative environment, this position could be a great fit for you.

**What you Will Do**:

- **Sample Coordination**: Cut samples for customers and collaborate with the shipping manager to ensure timely delivery.
- **Customer Order Management**: Create and manage customer profiles and orders using NetSuite.
- **CRM Maintenance**: Maintain and update our HubSpot database to ensure accurate customer information and lead management.
- **Customer Support**: Help customers understand the products and services we offer, providing top-notch support for their inquiries.
- **Lead Qualification**: Serve as the first point of contact for new leads, gather relevant information, and present it to account managers for follow-up.
- **Supplier Coordination**: Fill out supplier information forms as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 2+ years in a customer-facing or sales-related role is highly desirable.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems required. Bonus points for HubSpot.
- Experience with NetSuite and Asana is a bonus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Detail-Oriented: You are meticulous, with a keen eye for accuracy and a strong focus on delivering quality work.
- Organized and Efficient: Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Self-Starter: You work well independently, take initiative, and can manage your time and responsibilities without constant supervision.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
