Are you a service-oriented person with exceptional administrative and communication skills? As a Client Service Specialist, you would ensure our educational program registrants enjoy a high-quality experience from initial inquiry, through the registration phase, through the classroom experience and all touch points during their engagement with Executive Programs, including graduation ceremonies.

The Client Service Specialist coordinates non-credit management education programs for international and Indigenous clients (both online and face-to-face). This includes liaising with the clients, faculty, staff, various university departments, governments and private industry.

You will be responsible for the smooth scheduling and operation of programs, securing venues, instructors and materials, and keeping our files in order. There may be other projects as assigned by the Directors, occasional evening and weekend work, and travel in BC and other provinces will be required.

**Salary**: From $57,600.00 per year
